Autoglass® Family Fun Day at Woburn

Being an agency partner to our clients means more than just delivering on our responsibilities, it also means delivering on their responsibilities too and Outlook are always looking out for ways to do this.

BELRON® (owners of Autoglass®) are passionate about their global CSR commitment and whenever we work with them, we are particularly moved by how the staff across every one of their brands are motivated to deliver on this promise – as such, Outlook were eager to play our part in ‘giving back’ for the Autoglass® Family Fun Day in aid of their nominated charity Children’s Hospices UK.

Held in the Safari Lodge at Woburn Safari park, children and their families from Keech Cottage Children’s Hospice spent the day with Autoglass® and Laddaw® staff to take part in an exclusive tour of the park, colouring competitions, a free raffle, and a hot barbeque buffet – a day the families will never forget.

Outlook offered to play a part by documenting the day with video, both as a fly-on-the-wall approach, and by interviewing key staff and family members. We envisaged the film to be an engaging communication tool to allow those not involved on the day to see how the company’s approach to CSR is being delivered and to actually see the real effects it has on the people that it supports.

Back at our post production facilities, the footage was cut together into a programme that would fulfil our objectives and technically suitable to be viewed on the Belron® intranet. This use of video across a company wide audience is a perfect method to quickly keep people up to date with actions across different areas of the business. It can also play an incredibly dynamic role in re- engaging staff members in key company objectives.
