We’ve recently returned from an incredibly successful event that the Outlook team delivered in Frankfurt for one of our favourite global clients.

Here’s some stats:

  • 37 weeks in preparation
  • Over 50 pre-event designs, films and animations
  • Full support event website, inc registration, location information, pre- and post-event material, all secured via password log-in
  • 650 delegates
  • 3 congress halls and 54 breakout rooms
  • 57 crew
  • 7 hours of live content filmed and cut on-site
