Client Services Team Assistant

What’s your background?
I studied Marketing Communications and Advertising at university and since graduating I have worked in a number of  In-house Marketing roles. This time last year I decided to pack my rucksack and hop on a plane to travel Australia. I returned home in September and joined the Outlook Creative team at the start of November.

Why Outlook?
I’ve always wanted to work for an agency and started researching around my local area and further afield, Outlook instantly stood out to me! The website was capturing and well designed and the work they produced impressed me. The brand and personality sold it to me and I could really  imagine myself working amongst the team.

What’s your role entail?
My main responsibility is supporting all of the Client Services team! I manage our accounts system and provide project support. I also manage Outlook’s social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram (so check them out) and our weekly blog posts.

Favourite thing about Outlook so far?
I really like the team spirit of the company. Recently we had an Outlook Show & Tell where everyone was able to talk about a project they had worked on, it was great seeing the wide range of work we can produce from videos to design for print to animations. We also have a Weekly Friday Treat!

Favourite Outlook Company Value (Creativity, Commitment, Collaboration, Motivation) and why?
My favourite Outlook value is Motivation, there is a lot of it around the Outlook offices!
