Homebase launched their Spring/Summer range 2013 to 2000 managers over 3 days, kicking off with a Senior Managers conference for 1 day with key updates in all business areas. The event took place at Stoneleigh in Hall 1 and 2. A fully interactive day where every delegate had to visit each exhibitor stand for a minimum of 15 minutes taking part in interactive key product and marketing presentations. The day concluded with the launch of the incentive competition. Outlook were the keyLive Eevent partner to project manage it all
worked with Homebase to develop the theme ‘Creating Moments’ and designed a bespoke logo to be used throughout the event working within the new brand guidelines. The logo, the ‘starman’ was animated giving the theme a personal touch! We worked closely with the management team to ensure their presentations all followed the same format and style. Outlook created a Homebase branded environment for the plenary in Hall 1 with a 7.3m x 4.1m screen flanked by uplight impact sails, with the animated logo playing on screen, giving the delegates the wow factor when entering. Through a countdown to music and lighting Outlook created a thrilling and memorable opening and closer to each day including animating an incentive presentation literally ending with a bang (with indoor fireworks) which left the delegates feeling motivated and ready to sell! Overnight in Hall 2 Outlook built a bespoke stand for Homebase home (Habitat).
worked very closely with the Homebase team to design an event logo and theme within the new brand guidelines and to ensure this was carried throughout the event on all event collateral including presentations and signage.
Fully engaged 2000 store colleagues over 2 areas, leaving them feeling motivated. 2012 was hailed as a hard act to follow however 2013 followed this and upped the game giving the delegates a thrilling larger scale experience.
