It’s not just our dedication to producing high quality solutions with a fully integrated response that sets Outlook apart. It’s our core values:
While positive client recognition is an important factor highlighting Outlook’s success, it is equally important to recognise these efforts internally.
To support this, the Leadership team has introduced the Magenta Pencil Awards to commend those at Outlook who embody the spirit of our core values.
At our annual company conference, the Leadership team recognised the outstanding work produced by both individuals and teams across The Outlook Creative Group.
Project of the Year Award
Judged by the Leadership team, the Project of the Year Award is awarded to the team that most epitomised the Outlook team spirit. The winners for 2015 were:
- Andrew Upton – Lead Designer
- Darren Suffolk – Creative Lead (Video)
- Hannah Watson – Junior Account Manager
- James Leaman – Lead Animator
- Mark Thompson – Lead Editor
- Mark Waterhouse – Designer
- Pete Hanson – Designer
- Sarah Skates – Events Producer
- Zoe Shackleton – Graphic Designer
These team members contributed relentlessly towards a fantastic product launch for one of Outlook’s longest standing clients. From initial concepts right through to delivery, the client utilised each of Outlook’s core skills to aid a creative and highly successful launch.
Well done team!
Individual of the Year Award
While recognising team achievements is key, the Leadership team knows it is equally important to recognise staff achievements on an individual basis.
The Individual of the Year Award is a peer-recognition award and, as such, is voted for by everyone at Outlook except the Leadership team.
In a very close final count, the 2015 pencil was awarded to James Leaman – Lead Animator for being so, well, Outlook… and amazing!
Well done James! (Look how proud he looks in that weird wooden chair thing.)
