We are recruiting an Event Producer to deliver amazing live experiences for our global clients.

The perfect candidate will have over three years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable talking to clients and working with our in-house creative teams and valued external suppliers.

Our live experiences include roadshows, conferences, exhibitions, and everything in between, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on any of these at the same time, all with grace and style.

Our ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach to budget management, health and safety, call sheets, production schedules and logistics. The devil is in the detail.

It goes without saying that you’ll be as cool as a cucumber if things get a bit hairy, leading and motivating those around you and ensuring all projects come together seamlessly.

You’ll need a passport and a driving licence and be willing to travel, as we deliver events all over the UK and further afield in Europe and beyond.

We deliver events for a range of Blue Chip clients across several sectors, including industry-leading names in Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and Automotive.

Although we are based in Northampton, we operate under a hybrid model, primarily home-based with hot desking and team days in the office.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3 years experience in a similar role delivering product launches, conferences, exhibitions and roadshows
• Is self-motivated and driven to deliver, with a solution-focused approach
• Is able to work independently and as part of a team
• Has good communication skills and is able to foster positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Has the ability to multitask, manage time effectively and prioritise own workload
• Is calm under pressure and has the ability to work to deadlines
