Junior Event Producer

As Junior Event Producer, you will manage small/medium-sized events and support large-scale events to delight clients and bring lasting value to our Live team.

We are recruiting a Junior Event Producer to deliver amazing live experiences for our global clients.

As Junior Event Producer, you will manage small/medium-sized events and support large-scale events to delight clients and bring lasting value to our Live team.

Our live experiences include roadshows, conferences, exhibitions, and everything in between, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on any of these at the same time, all with grace and style.

You’re possibly due to graduate in a relevant subject this summer or have already spent a year or so in a similar role. You’ll work closely with other Live team members, being mentored and coached along the way in the planning and execution of events which meet the client’s brief and expectations.

As a member of the Live team at Outlook, you’ll spend much of your time working with creative teams in partnership with our clients across the UK and Europe, from contributing to proposals, liaising with suppliers, creating call sheets, to arranging logistics, production schedules and health and safety management.

You’ll need a passport and a driving licence and be willing to travel, as we deliver events all over the UK and further afield in Europe and beyond.

We deliver events for a range of Blue Chip clients across several sectors, including industry-leading names in Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and Automotive.

Although we are based in Northampton, we operate under a hybrid model, primarily home-based with hot desking and team days in the office.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience supporting the design and delivery of corporate events
  • Passionate, with enthusiasm for the industry and the ability to provide creative ideas and solutions to client briefs
  • Is self-motivated and driven to deliver, with a solution-focused approach
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Has good communication skills to be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Has the ability to multitask, manage time effectively and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines

What we can offer you:

  • Competitive salary
  • 24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced pension scheme (with 5% employer contribution)
  • Healthcare cashback scheme
  • Life assurance scheme
  • Company profit share scheme
