New Business Director

With a passion for people, you’ll spend a lot of time working in close collaboration with colleagues from across our talented teams – from generating new leads and developing a sales pipeline with Marketing to joining forces with the Senior Client Services team to identify new business opportunities that are right up our street.

The role

As our New Business Director, you’ll lead, shape and deliver the New Business function. You’ll deliver the highest quality of response, performance and solution whilst achieving the objectives and targets set by the leadership team.

As Director of the New Business function, you’ll enjoy a varied and engaging strategic role that sees you proactively shape and deliver the new client acquisition strategy to drive overall business growth.
