Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be involved at every stage of the project from brief forming and interrogation, through response shaping and into delivery with ownership of your own projects. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, with experience in the Marcomms/Communication industry, working with our biggest and most enjoyable clients.

Job Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be involved at every stage of the project from brief forming and interrogation, through response shaping and into delivery with ownership of your own projects. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, with experience in the Marcomms/Communication industry, working with our biggest and most enjoyable clients.

Working closely with key stakeholders you will manage and oversee all project lifecycle requirements, such as creating specifications, timelines, and budgets from the client’s brief, all the way through to project delivery.

We have a range of Blue Chip clients, across a number of sectors including industry-leading names in Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and Automotive.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role within an agency environment in the Marcomms/Communication industry
  • Is experienced in dealing with a variety of clients and their associated needs
  • Has the ability to plan, build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Has experience of interrogating and interpreting briefs, and shaping, writing and presenting proposals
  • Is self-motivated, driven to deliver, and uses own initiative with a solution-focused approach
  • Has good commercial understanding and is used to negotiating and upselling added value services
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills, and is confident working both independently and as part of team

This is being advertised as a full-time hybrid role and is primarily home-based with office working in Northampton, frequency of office work will be discussed at interview.
