Job Role

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer you will collaborate in the creation and delivery of storyboard, animations and motion graphic assets to delight clients and bring lasting value to our Moving Image team.

You’ll be producing high-quality motion graphics design and animation which meets the client’s brief and exceeds expectations, working closely with project managers to ensure consistency of version control and quality. You’ll make rounds of amends with diligence and an eye for detail, making sure that the work is grammatically and technically correct as well as creatively epic.

With a passion for the industry, from time to time, you’ll join calls with our clients to present your creative vision and strategy, taking them through the journey to bring their brief to life. As a senior team member, you will coach and mentor other members, sharing your knowledge and expertise and supporting them in finding solutions.

You’ll spend much of your time working with creative teams in partnership with our clients across the UK and Europe. As a member of the Moving Image team at Outlook, you’ll support the projects across various requirements, from storyboards, designing assets, quick amendments, and delivering full animations, to name just a few – all in a day’s work!

We create content for a range of Blue Chip clients across several sectors, including industry-leading names in Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and Automotive.

Although we are based in Northampton, we operate under a hybrid model, primarily home-based with hot desking and team days in the office.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced animator and designer from an agency background
• Has the ability to provide creative advice and alternative creative ideas to meet client needs
• Has good experience and understanding of After Effects, Illustrator, Media Encoder and Cinema4D.
• Is able to work diligently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment and demanding schedule
• Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, reaching out to other team members who need support
• Has a solution-focused approach and takes pride in delivering high-quality and technically correct work

This is being advertised as a full-time role on a 12-month fixed term contract and is primarily home-based, with a hot desking office in Northampton.
