Chris George is a market-leading estate agent in Northamptonshire, with four networked offices in Kettering, Corby, Rothwell and Thrapston. Independent, experienced and locally owned, they have been at the forefront of the ever-changing sales and letting property market since 2013.
To design a range of promotional collateral and ‘sold’ board designs to support their brand growth ambitions.
We asked to design a connected brand narrative including a new website, new ‘Sold’ boards, ‘Another Sold’, ‘Sell for free’ and ‘We are Expanding’ messaging direct mail and promotional leaflets.
We took the opportunity to explore the Chris George brand collateral, working with new and existing iconography, imagery, logo and colour palette to deliver a range of solutions. While consistent, all were designed to add visual impact and take the design cues from the core message for each campaign.
Positive feedback from the Chris George team and new and existing customers. The new ‘Sold’ boards are highly visible around the north Northamptonshire area and are perfectly complemented by the supporting printed and digital promotional collateral.
