Global MedTech Leader – Engagement Meeting

Overview

A global MedTech organisation required an engaging and informative two-day meeting for senior colleagues. Hosted in Portugal, the event incorporated offsite networking activities and educational breakout sessions.

The Brief

To deliver an efficient, professional, end-to-end and high-impact event that communicated the required messages seamlessly. Creative branding was needed to connect the environment and all elements of the delegates’ journey.

It's all in the details

To convey the ‘change the game’ message, we had the idea of incorporated key historical figures who had a huge impact in today’s world alongside our client’s desire to theme their breakout session as an aviation experience to drive an “Aim High” sentiment. Using the medium of video, supported by environmental structures and print assets, we brought the theme and messages to life.

The event was held on the global awareness day for a condition this client supports with its innovative technology. The combined themes added gravitas to the event occasion.

The solution

Drawing upon all of Outlook’s in-house skills and talents, an end-to-end solution was delivered. This included event identity and roll out, pre-event communications, all onsite production, videography, video content, presentation enhancement and full project management.

We utilised a 4mx2m LED screen in the plenary to maximise the opportunity for content and messaging.

For the ‘Aim High’ session, we created an immersive experience which included a themed aeroplane cockpit set. To deliver the sessions, the onstage presenters wore pilot outfits and one, dressed as an air steward with a service trolley, gave out relevant materials to the audience.

Result

A memorable event for all, delivering messages and content in a professional, fun and immersive manner.
