Our client, a leading international MedTech business, held a two-day event in Rome focusing on cardiac surgery, treatment, and new technological innovations to improve patient lives.
Hundreds of people came from all over the world to attend the event which was simultaneously translated into six different languages live onsite.
To capture the whole event experience, including all the presenters, PPT slides, videos, on-screen assets and audience interaction so that they could cascade edited footage to non-attendees and a wider audience of internal and external stakeholders groups post-event within hours of the event finishing.
They needed to extend the value of their event beyond the day and remain in complete control of the style and type of shots in real time.
Using our Live Edit solution, we captured and edited the content simultaneously (just like live TV broadcast). Working collaboratively with our client, they were able to select layout options for single and multi-content screen layouts so that two content elements can be shown together; allowing the final output to show both the presenter and their slides for example.
A slick, high quality, fully edited video they could share with their audience the next day, left them feeling impressed and relaxed post-event with no need to then undertake a long and often complicated edit process after the event.
