Samworth Brothers produces premium quality chilled and ambient foods for the UK’s leading food retailers and food services companies. Samworth also owns a host of popular brands, including Ginsters, Soreen and West Cornwall Pasty Co.
We were tasked to deliver and manage a four-hour virtual event for an internal audience totalling around 350 delegates from various UK business units. The key was to create captivating content to support the business’ critical updates.
Faced with the uncertainties of the pandemic, their company conference couldn’t take place in-person, but it still needed to go ahead. So, in response to their brief, we needed to produce a well-orchestrated virtual event.
We used our versatile bespoke virtual event platform to seamlessly blend live and pre-recorded content. By including interactive elements, we could quickly spark the active interest of delegates.
Working closely with the senior leadership and business unit heads, we began by formulating the messaging needed to get across to the audience. To fully engage the audience’s attention, we created a dynamic mixture of content for video, motion graphics and animation, PPT, and a live set design using an LED backdrop at our studio.
Using Slido, we created polls plus a live Q&A session which is a great way for delegates to engage directly with the senior leadership team.
The event incorporated an outstanding balance of content variety, interaction and pace to keep attendees engaged throughout. Both client and the delegates were left with a lasting impression.
