Belron leads the world in vehicle glass repair and replacement. Big on social responsibility, this global group is keen to make a difference. With social awareness very much close to its heart, Belron are keen to support great causes and are making significant inroads to breaking the cycle of poverty in South Africa.
We were called by the client to stage an online event for the second year running. This would be for a big global audience, and it was crucial the event went smoothy so there were no disruptions to the pace of the fun challenge.
The goal was all about celebrating the amazing inspirational endurance shown by each challenge participant; the virtual event had to pack in a variety of footage and content including photos and videos, presentations for winners and a thank you to all participants. After this, a build up to the much-anticipated revealing of the total miles clocked up by participants was needed before announcing the grand total raised for the charity.
Streaming live to Belron International and joined on Zoom by over 20 countries worldwide, all eyes were on our virtual solution. We ensured that this 1-hour virtual conference was smooth, dynamic and didn’t, at any second, lose momentum. From all the many participants’ video and photo content shot over the weekend, we produced a fun round up of the weekend’s highlights.
For any Belron colleagues who missed the show, we made sure they weren’t left out by creating an inspiring video that they can watch at any time online.
Belron managed to raise over 2.3 million Euros. The client is delighted with our work and called on us to return next year to cover their 21st challenge event.
