Our client, a leading global MedTech company, asked us to come up with a new and cost-effective way to engage with their audience across multiple locations in Europe.
The Brief
They wanted to create an experiential environment that was quickly transportable which gave them dedicated space for sales and marketing of their innovative and groundbreaking products – while enabling localisation of collateral and content for each destination.

The tour bus created a genuinely immersive product environment, flipping the usual marketing communications dynamic by enabling the products to go to the audience wherever they were across Europe. The bus took educational and practical hands-on experiences literally to the front door of prospective clients.
The solution
Supported by on-board multi-language marketing collateral, informative packs, dedicated websites and bespoke screen configurations, the interior branding and product displays gave high levels of brand awareness while onsite and in transit.
The vehicle, which was able to be set up within an hour, included a private meeting room/demo area, kitchen, lounge, ‘VR Game’ Zone, plus an Interactive Learning Zone and Marketing areas.
Result
Unprecedented engagement with target audiences, medical professionals and the general public made it easily stand out from the competition.
