UK Power Networks own and maintain electricity cables in South East England, East of England and London.
Luckily for us, we have a growing relationship with UKPN, and they asked Outlook to support them in the delivery of their onsite event branding and exhibition stands for their April Leadership Conference.
Two back-to-back events. This saw the team in Bury St Edmunds for an audience of 250 followed by London with an audience of 400. Each involved a one-day rig and a one-day show.
TOCG attended site visits with the client to oversee the spaces available. Following this, pre-event project management saw the team install and oversee the production of exhibition print, floor plans, and overall event branding once onsite.
A crew of four from Outlook were onsite to deliver venue branding as well as the delivery of all 15 exhibitors’ collateral.
The 15 stands were made up of shell scheme, thanks to an external supplier, as well as one LED screen per stand. Some of the stand owners opted for full print graphics to fill the 3 x 3 backdrop – these looked great once set up.
London saw additional onsite branding in the form of hanging banners. The largest amongst these saw a 9m hanging banner for registration.
A rewarding event for the client and the exhibition stand owners, as well as a smooth transition between both events mirroring similar branding and content so all parties felt they were being presented with a high-level conference.
